Some of you may be asking yourself “if there is a catch and is this really a nice home or what” but the truth is these are the lengths people have to go to in Las Vegas to sell their homes in this kind of market making it absolutely fantastic for qualified buyers to come in and purchase deals like this all day long. Suppose you weren’t interested in living in this home and just wanted to turn a profit by getting this home, you better believe you can considering there are homes in the same neighborhood that are currently for sale for more that $575K with less in the way of upgrades. You could go into contract with this home at $575k and before you close you could have a buyer already lined up to purchase from you as soon as you close which in turn could make you an extra $40k to $100K in profit.
